Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping times

• Netherlands: 7-15 business days
• European Union: 10-20 business days
• International: 15-30 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier (CJ Dropshipping or AliExpress) and product availability. During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday) delivery times may be longer.

Shipping costs Free shipping on all orders to the Netherlands and European Union. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 3-5 business days to appear after shipment.

Multiple suppliers Some orders may be shipped in separate packages from different suppliers. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Lost or damaged packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at infojenzos@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
