1. SHIPPING AREAS

We ship to:

  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands — standard delivery
  • 🇪🇺 Europe — all EU countries
  • 🌍 Worldwide — selected non-EU countries

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are shipped from our supplier warehouses. Please take into account the following delivery times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Outside Europe: 10–20 business days

⚠️ Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or logistical circumstances beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Netherlands: Free shipping from €30 | €3.99 under €30
  • Europe: Free shipping from €50 | €6.99 under €50
  • Outside Europe: From €9.99 (depending on destination)

4. TRACK & TRACE

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to track your package. It may take 2–5 days for tracking to become active.


5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our responsibility.


6. DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Include your order number and tracking information
  • We will resolve it with a redelivery or full refund

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. JENZOS is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address.
